Seller Policy — GradedBazaar

1. Who Can Sell

Anyone aged 18 or older with valid Indian KYC documents (PAN, bank account, address proof) can sell on GradedBazaar. We currently support only sellers based in India with an Indian bank account.

2. Verification Process

Complete the seller onboarding form: legal name, PAN, bank account, IFSC, address, and optional GSTIN.
Our team reviews your submission, typically within 48 hours.
You receive an email with approval, or rejection with a reason.
Once approved, you can list cards immediately.

3. Fees

Platform fee: 8% of the final sale price.
GST on platform fee: 18%, added on top of the platform fee.
TDS under Section 194-O: 1% of gross sale value, deducted by us and remitted to the Income Tax Department on your behalf. A TDS certificate (Form 16A) is provided quarterly.
Listing fee: Zero. List as many cards as you want.
Founding seller offer: The first 90 days as a founding seller carry zero platform fees.

4. What You Can List

Only cards professionally graded by PSA, BGS, or CGC. The cert number must be verifiable in the grading company's public database. No raw (ungraded) cards. No multi-card bundles — list each card individually so buyers can verify each cert number.

5. Listing Requirements

Real photos of the actual card — front and back of the slab, minimum two photos.
Accurate cert number, grader, and grade matching the physical slab exactly.
Honest description, noting any spotting, fingerprints, or slab imperfections.
Realistic pricing. Significantly overpriced listings may be ranked lower in search.

6. Shipping

Dispatch within 3 business days of payment confirmation.
Use an insured, tracked courier (DTDC, Blue Dart, Sequel, India Post Speed Post, Delhivery).
Pack securely in bubble wrap with a rigid mailer or box — slabs crack easily.
Upload the tracking number to the order page within 24 hours of dispatch.
The buyer pays shipping unless you offer free shipping.

7. Payouts

After the buyer confirms delivery, or after the 7-day auto-release window, your sale proceeds appear in your dashboard balance. Payouts are processed to your registered Indian bank account via NEFT/IMPS within 2 business days of a payout request. Your first payout may take longer for verification.

8. Tax Obligations

Income tax: Sale proceeds are taxable income. We provide a yearly statement.
GST: If your annual turnover crosses the applicable threshold, GST registration may be mandatory. Consult a tax professional.
TDS: Deducted by us under Section 194-O; the certificate is available from your dashboard.

9. Strike System

Seller violations earn strikes. Three strikes lead to a 30-day suspension. Five strikes lead to a permanent ban with escrow withheld pending dispute review.

Late dispatch (more than 3 business days) — 1 strike
Cancelling a paid order without valid reason — 1 strike
Card not as described, confirmed by buyer evidence — 2 strikes
Listing a fake card or wrong cert — instant ban
Attempting an off-platform transaction — instant ban
Shill bidding — instant ban

10. Account Closure

You may close your seller account at any time. Pending orders must be fulfilled, or buyers refunded, before closure. The final payout is processed within 14 days of closure, minus any unresolved liabilities.
