Prohibited Items

The following items cannot be listed on GradedBazaar. Violating listings are removed without warning, and sellers receive strikes or bans depending on severity.

1. Hard Prohibitions (Instant Ban)

• Counterfeit cards — fake slabs, swapped cards inside genuine slabs, or altered cert labels.
• Stolen cards — we cooperate with law enforcement on reported stolen merchandise.
• Cards with tampered cert numbers — relabelled, scratched, or rewritten.
• Cards under PSA/BGS/CGC investigation for tampering or grading errors.

2. Not Allowed on This Platform

• Raw (ungraded) cards — only PSA, BGS, and CGC graded cards are accepted.
• Multi-card lots or bundles — list each card individually so buyers can verify cert numbers.
• Cards graded by unsupported companies — additional graders may be added later.
• Custom or art cards not officially licensed.
• Reprints sold as originals, even if graded.

3. Content Restrictions

• Cards depicting explicit nudity, gore, or content illegal under applicable Indian law.
• Listings with misleading titles, fabricated stats, or AI-generated photos presented as real.
• Unauthorised resale of trademarked content outside standard secondary-market norms.

4. Off-Platform Behaviour

• Soliciting buyers to complete a sale outside GradedBazaar to evade fees — instant ban.
• Requesting personal payment details (UPI ID, bank info) in messages — instant ban.
• Sharing buyer contact information with third parties — instant ban.

5. Reporting

Found something suspicious? Use the Report button on the listing, or email support@gradedbazaar.com with the listing URL and a description of the issue.

6. Appeals

If your listing was removed and you believe this was an error, reply to the removal email within 7 days with supporting evidence. We re-review within 5 business days.
